Management of North American Customer Service for On Demand. Real Time and Everstream Divisions.Successfully merged three separate service organizations into a common organization to exploit synergies and reduce cost. Continually exceeded Revenue and Margin goals of the Annual Operating Plan by double digit percentages in a declining customer market. This was accomplished by efficient team building , revisions of service offerings, and revised pricing structures to leverage technology and economic environmental changes. Developed and instituted service pricing and the administrative processes which resulted in increased annual revenues with reduced annual administrative costs. Developed and utilized Partner and Sub Contract agreements which reduce cost enabling increased margins.

Management of Customer Service for the United States and Canada Responsibilities include:Divisional personnel staffing, manpower to revenue structure analysis, revenue forecasting, inventory management, contract sales and quoting, bids and proposals, product sales, major account management, and third party service sales.
