• Mechanical design and production of shop detail drawings as part of the engineering team using Inventor 3D including Finite Element Analysis.• Project Management of water & gases process plants implementing turnkey treatment solutions to capture and treat particulates and gaseous emissions from clients’ process streams.• Design and implementation of a CMMS system for the process plants. • Supervised teams in the preparation of tender responses involving system design and presentations to the client. Then taking ownership of the project and supervising the progress through engineering specifications, procurement, delivery, site installation and commissioning stages. • Fabrication & site construction coordination of site labour, managing HES issues including work permits, safety inductions, tool box talks and working with the group in developing JESA’s• Project scheduling using MS Projects 2010.• Monitoring site progress and reporting to key stake holders.• Supervision of commissioning services and documentation of results.• Maintain systems within the company’s Integrate Management System (covering AS4801, ISO14001 & ISO9001).
