A few weeks later, we called to follow-up fully expecting to hear about how Michael will be starting the installation soon. Instead, he had all four bioreactors up and running, including sensors, controls, etc. He was well on his way to optimizing his recipes using the cascades and adjusting PID settings. UNBELIEVEABLE. Never before or since has this happened. Even with installation and onsite training, we have never had such a rapid utilization of the equipment with so little input from our support team. We would not have believed it if it was not Michael, and if we didn't have another prospect from PEI visit and tell us how user-friendly the system was under Michael's command. Michael is definitely what you call a "hire". Distek would do so in a heartbeat if we thought there was any chance to get him off the island and out of Canada. Now with Because Animals closing, our misfortune will definitely be someone's gain. And they will be damn lucky."
