In 2013 I completed 4 years course with a level 8 Honours degree in Bachelor of Engineering in Systems and networking in the Institute of Technology, SligoDuring my time in Sligo IT, I have developed skills in TCP/IP Networking, Active Directory, FTP, email clients, HTTP, DHCP, and DNS. I have the ability to configure, monitor and troubleshoot cisco routers and switches.Since finishing my degree course, I have obtained professional qualifications in Train the Trainer certificate with the Irish Institute of Training & Development (IITD). I have been delivering a certified training program with Co Sligo Leader Partnership BenefIT4 Programme, since obtaining qualification, I am currently working as an Intern in Sligo County Council in order to expand my experience within the Information Technology arena and to advance my tutorial skills. I am currently undertaking the training of over 250 plus staff within Sligo County Council in ECDL module: Microsoft Word Processing, Excel, PowerPoint, Spread-sheets and Internet skills. I am also gaining experience and becoming proficient in trouble shooting PCs and exporting and importing licences to individual PCs where required.
