My main focus is Commercial Account Management and the daily transactions, adding to the bottom line.. I am dealing with the day to day management of these accounts with a focus on retention and cross selling. Attention to detail, problem solving and new business development are the primary focus in this position. Daily operation include account rounding and watching for any coverage holes that exist as well as using the strong interpersonal communication skills that I possess.

I developed and maintained a budgeted marketing plan that drew prospective clients in my direction to grow the customer base of Pacific Insurance Partners. I focused my strong customer relation skills which helped retention of current clients. I used my proficiency in Microsoft Office to maintain a continual pipeline of leads and referrals through the use of Excel. My strong knowledge of the carriers allowed effectively places clients in the best position for them and their needs.

Primary operator of my own Metlife office and helped in the training and development of new agents and showing them the important aspects of the business so they could one run their own Metlife office. I interviewed prospective clients to get data about their financial resources and discuss existing coverage and explain the features of various policies. My job included selling Property and Casualty insurance, analyzing clients’ current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes, customizing insurance programs to suit their individual needs. I partnered with Real Estate Agents and Mortgage Brokers to form a strong referral base that allowed for a continual source of leads. I worked hand in hand with Management to see that goals were met and compliance with other carriers ere always met.
