Active member of both the ACLI and CADNA.Accomplishments:+ Led a strategic effort (RFP) to evaluate, select and implement a new enterprise WCM platform (Adobe Experience Manager, MS) within 4 months to support the re-branding of New York Life’s flagship website. Effort included capabilities and financial analysis of existing WCM platforms, building understanding and consensus across ~40 business and technology stakeholders, delivering enterprise-class marketing capabilities with increased speed to market, and with a projected annual savings of ~$2M annually after a 3 year period.+ Led a strategic effort, in conjunction with Sapient, to develop and implement a new social collaboration platform (Jive) that facilitated the rebuilding of NYL’s Intranet from a static, content-only channel to a forum for employee collaboration. The platform was adopted by senior leadership and now serves as a forum for CEO and executive town-halls. The effort also served as a template for implementing future enterprise-wide cloud-based initiatives
