I have been living and working in London for the past twelve years. Prior to that I worked in the Hospitality Industry in Australia, as manager of bottle shops in New South Wales and Queensland and as an assistant manager of a pub in New South Wales.My wife and I have decided to relocate to Melbourne, Australia. In doing so, I would like to pursue employment that would utilise the skills I have acquired. The emergence and popularity of an amazing range of craft beer has been an exciting time to be in the UK and Europe. I would very much like to be involved in the Australian market as it increases.
