The tool received high accolades from the Government customer and its cost estimating advisors. ● Actively support the Government fiscal budgetary planning activities as the lead project technical and cost expert. ● Saved the Government approximately $2M annually through product automation and continuous improvement for processes and tools while also improving the products quality and delivery timelines. ● Support the program management initiatives such as Architecture Review Board (ARB), Integrated Planning Review (IPR), Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP), and Program Management Review (PMR).● Experience developing DoDAF views using tools such as Architex and Systems Architect.● Delivered comprehensive white papers that provides key decision-making actions and cost savings initiatives to support mission evolution and sustainment.● Worked to stand up the Enterprise and Project Risks registry utilizing the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
