● Developed the Federal Augmentation Services (FAS) as well as the Ground Enterprise Next (GEN) Architecture Utilizing Sparks Enterprise Architect.● Lead for the development of the FAS Scheduling and Operations Interface between the SCN and NOAA. ● Developed the FAS Concept of Operations (CONOPS) detaining the critical processes and interfaces involved for scheduling and operations. ● Developed the entire Satellite Control Network (SCN) As-Is and To-Be Architectures including OV-1, OV-6C, SV-1, SV-2, etc. views in both Architex as well as Sparks EA.● Provide Architecture support for various projects such as Multi-Beam Multi Mission, Evolving Architecture, and GPS Timing.● Developed and managed the SCN Risk portfolio using the Risk Management Framework as well as the Architex tool suite. ● Developed the Sustainment Planning Roadmap process. Received the “Epic Speed Award” from our SMC government customer for implementing a very successful process in very short time. ● Lead for the Integrated Product Review (IPR) and Systems Engineering and Integration Team (SEIT) conferences. Developed and organized the products as well as led the discussions throughout the conferences. The government team commented “Thank you for all the outstanding material. ● Sustainment Architect for the Air Force Satellite Communication Network (AFSCN).● Architecture Project Description (PD) Team Lead, providing mentorship and accountable for team productivity for the daily activities of nine systems engineers. ● Developed standardized methodologies and tool interface as well as installation, configuration, maintenance, and data integrity for the AFSCN project portfolio. ● Responsible for the government project acquisition process to include coordinating all activities of project scope, cost, requirements, and schedule development for over 200 projects per year for the Architecture Project Portfolio.● Developed a Standardized Cost Modeling capability to quickly generate accurate project engineering estimates for customer planning. The tool received high accolades from the Government customer and its cost estimating advisors. ● Actively support the Government fiscal budgetary planning activities as the lead project technical and cost expert. ● Saved the Government approximately $2M annually through product automation and continuous improvement for processes and tools while also improving the products quality and delivery timelines. ● Support the program management initiatives such as Architecture Review Board (ARB), Integrated Planning Review (IPR), Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP), and Program Management Review (PMR).● Experience developing DoDAF views using tools such as Architex and Systems Architect.● Delivered comprehensive white papers that provides key decision-making actions and cost savings initiatives to support mission evolution and sustainment.● Worked to stand up the Enterprise and Project Risks registry utilizing the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
