I've been fortunate to have had a broad and successful career, starting as the co-founder of PRTM in 1976 and its Managing Director for 26 years. During that time I created PACE, which became the standard process for product development, and formalized and branded the SCOR model, which has served as the standard supply-chain process reference model. After I retired from PRTM, I had new professional opportunities, starting with doing a turnaround at i2 Technologies (ITWO) from 2005 to 2007. I later became a board member and chairman at Entrust (ENTU) until it was sold in July 2009. I served as executive chairman at Thomas Group (TGI). I also created Decide Better to help businesses and individuals achieve increased success through better decisions. I've written more than a dozen books.
