About Michael Mcgrath
I’ve been in business for almost 35 years and for the last 12 I’ve been giving business owners practical, right-sized advice on how to best create and unlock the value in their enterprise.My advisory work is something I love, as it allows me help owners realise more of the potential in their business. I have founded, acquired, managed, and sold various companies in a variety of sectors from food and manufacturing through to recruitment, publishing, retail, distribution, and technology. This ability to troubleshoot and mentor allows me to make sure owners are in the strongest position possible to contemplate either further growth or some sort of de-risk, exit or other form of succession.At Oasis, my team and I help level the playing field for our clients, providing advice, guidance, and support at each stage of the business life cycle.
