The Financing and Real Estate Development initiative seeks to eliminate financial challenges that prevent children from receiving an excellent education. We provide unbiased resources for charter schools, support prudent state and federal policies, and advance systemic facility-related solutions.

Oversaw operations, finance, and fundraising functions at the Great Oaks Foundation. Led efforts to secure philanthropic revenues, procure facilities, and support Great Oaks' expansion to serve over 3,000 students in New York City; Newark, NJ; Bridgeport, CT; and Wilmington, DE.

Led planning and financing efforts for major school facilities projects. Developed implementation process for 3-year strategic plan centered on high-dosage tutoring and community development.

Developed and taught World History curricula that contributed to school record AP pass rates. Taught SAT prep and PE classes.

Managed summer school program for students who needed to recover credits to advance to next grade level; program contributed to record-low student attrition rate.
