After over a decade in Insurance, Michael’s passion for property meant a move into Real Estate was natural. Through his experiences, Michael has developed the many valuable skills that are necessary, with his client’s best interests at heart. He builds trusting relationships with his clients through his integrity, excellent communication skills and strong work ethic. Michael has a proven sales track record, great time management and negotiation skills and the ability to work in high pressure environments. Working with both the wider Ray White Damerell sales team and Ray White nationally, from premium to first homes and investment properties, Michael understands how to maximise excellent results for each and every one of his clients. He loves helping people achieve their property goals, whether they are upsizing, downsizing or first home buyers. Michael loves to accompany clients on their property journey, from the very start of the process right to the end (and beyond). He understands the decision of selling your home and is with you all the way to make the process smooth sailing, fun and exciting.Michael is a family man who loves spending time with his wife and two children. In his spare time, Michael enjoys sports and keeping fit, regularly participating in Triathlon and Ironman competitions - recently completing Queenstown Half Marathon with a personal best and the Motatapu Off Road Marathon which was both mentally and physically very challenging. This competitive streak makes its way from the race track and into the office where Mike is determined and motivated to achieve outstanding results for his clients.In 2016, Michael, alongside his wife Jenna, co-founded an experiential marketing company called Brown Fox, specialising in Incentive and Events. Jenna actively works in the company following a career spanning over a decade in the incentive and event industry, and Mike continues as part-owner and shareholder.
