My duties as COO include (but are not limited to):Purchasing and sales of electronic waste and non-ferrous metals.Finding certified downstream vendors to process any hazardous waste.Pricing material based upon current markets and understanding the value of materials. Coordinating transportation and logistics of materials.Unloading, sorting, weighing, and accounting for all electronic waste.Managing a staff of six warehouse employees.Recording and documenting all phases of purchases and sales.Negotiating contracts and bids for materials. Developing and implementing OSHA, ISO 14001, and R2 procedures for the company.

Sold print and digital advertising to companies, record labels, and individual bands.Worked marketing campaigns at music festivals both regionally and nationally.Built and maintained a client database.Met and exceeded sales quotas.

Collected and organized competitor research for potential advertisers.Contributed to marketing presentations and recaps for clients.Updated invoices, client contact databases, and client mailings for the Sales Department.Provided client services and hospitality at Spin events.
