Michael is a leader in the Vocational, Education and Training (VET) sector and in Registered Training Organisation (RTO) management.Michael is Chief Executive Officer of Edutemps, one of the leading education consultancies in Australia. Working with major Universities, TAFEs, RTOs, corporate businesses and not-for-profits, Michael manages complex projects with large teams to develop training and education resources for education providers, compliance projects for RTOs, deliver training programs of up to 3500 staff, provide recommendations on sale/acquisition of RTOs, support implementation of quality management systems, provide guidance on RTO operations best practice and manages recruitment of education professionals including c-level executives.Michael is uniquely placed within the VET sector having worked in all areas of RTOs as Training Manager, Change Manager, Instructional Designer and Facilitator. Michael works with education leaders across the broader education landscape to find solutions that provide strong return on investment, secure processes and systems, efficiencies, compliance with regulatory bodies and innovative design. A strategic thinker he is skilled in developing and implementing strategic plans and believes businesses succeed through strong values, integrity and corporate responsibility. Michael graduated from the University of Sydney’s Business School with a Master of Arts majoring in organisation and management. He also has Advanced Diplomas and Diplomas in Management and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
