Metlabs was the largest testing and condition monitoring company in Australia during this period. The role was broken into two sections Machinery Condition Engineer and Reliability Engineer. Areas of expertise were machines in various industries including iron ore plants, gold plants, bauxite handling plants, nickel processing facilities, coal facilities.

During a 12 week vacation period I complete various project engineering tasks at the KCGM Superpit. PM skills were utilised in a tailings damn rehabilitation project, how to deal with contractors on plant refurbishments, project hand over documentation and basic commissioning skill sets.
