Co-author of the conduct risk assessment methodology for Barclays. Lead a Conduct Risk assessment of a key area within Operations. Main conduit from Group into UK Retail and Business Banking

Lead the briefing process for the British Bankers Association (BBA) Retail Committee including briefing and debriefing the Retail Bank CEO and Deputy CEO. I also ran a Horizon Scanning process for UK RBB which identified emerging issues in the external regulatory, consumer group and industry environment for Exec attention and action

I oversaw and challenged on TCF across the Retail Bank through a network of TCF champions and business unit contacts. I was responsible for maintaining the governance and reporting structure for TCF in the Retail Bank including running the senior management review forums for TCF. I also owned the TCF Training and Comms plan for the Retail Bank.
