I am obsessed with accuracy and believe in a proactive approach to reducing error, improving accountability, and maintaining a high sense of customer urgency. Said differently, I like leaving a room better than I found it. In a perfect universe, every industrial operation would run on a well-engineered schematic, crush the performance metrics, and demonstrate a level of security to rival top-secret specifications. While every organization aims for this standard, my team achieved it in 2015. Iron Mountain Philadelphia maintains a high-security classified vault operation that was audited by the Defense Security Service (DSS) in 2013 and given a Commendable rating. Commendable? That sounds a lot like good-enough. I set an ambitious goal to achieve the coveted Superior rating in the next audit and despite considerable hurdles and limited resources, my team and I embraced this vision and we nailed it! The Superior rating is the highest level of security control awarded by the DSS and this was the first time it was achieved by the Philadelphia market. As a result, the market became better positioned to compete for elite government contracts.When not on an impossible mission, I enjoy spending time with family, playing guitar, woodworking, and improving my golf game. My bucket list includes traveling to historic sites across Europe and the world. I am an active listener that cares about people and their development.
