I am a hard-working professional who is always striving to grow and expand my skills. I have a history of advancing and taking new opportunities that require flexibility and quick training. While I spent several years working my way from entry-level to management in Settlement Operations in Mortgage Lending, I have really enjoyed my pivot into the Tech space when I transitioned into being a HubSpot Administrator. I thrive when being challenged, and find the environment of HubSpot/CRM Management to be an ever-changing landscape. In my roles as a System Engineer, Data Systems Manager, and Operations Technologist, I have specialized in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administration and Integrations. While I am most experienced with the CRM software HubSpot, I am also familiar with Salesforce, and continue to complete training modules via Trailhead. I have been specializing in custom report building, data analysis, workflow optimization, and consulting. Some of my most valuable skills include problem solving, communication, and organization, which allow me to seamlessly fit into any team environment, and continue to brainstorm strategies to improve implementation of the CRM software. Additionally, I am on track to grow beyond CRM Administration and into CRM Development and System Architecture. I am currently in the process of completing certifications for AI for Business Specialization and Certified ScrumMaster. My goal is to become a CRM Developer, and continue furthering my education and skillset once that has been achieved.
