All contacts were saved for future reference. Integrated Service Cloud with Delighted Surveys to automatically send Net Promoter Score surveys to a specified percentage of service customers. Customer history and order tracking were made available to Service Agents resulting in reduced resolution times and improved NPS scores.• Led a new building project to provide more manufacturing space by relocating shipping in the new building. Coordinated space upgrade and managed Vendors to support the new operation. Coordinated system changes to create a new inventory location and processes for moving materials as needed. Coordinated tightly coupled equipment and materials move over 2-day weekend to minimize production and shipping impact. Hosted the post project celebration for project stakeholders and employees working at the new location. Rigorous status reporting and follow-up was required to keep the project work on track and delivered on time. Risk mitigation was successfully implemented at the end of the project in response to Covid travel limitations and the Go Live date was not impacted.• Implemented Munis Financials and Human Capital Management systems for Cities, Counties and a Public Mass Transit district.• Implementations were delivered as either hosted SaaS or onsite server installations. The goal was always to improve productivity, not to reduce head count. Munis was integrated with multiple data sources as possible. Methods of integration varied depending on the data source. High levels of security implemented to control both functionality access and data access. Two weeks of final user training and customized user documentation were delivered leading up to the Go Live date.• Project teams were staffed by full-time employees, which created a basic problem getting project work done. Extended schedules were developed and approved prior to project kickoff to improve chances of on time and on budget delivery.• Large efforts were expended on change management as most clients had only ever seen one system and were very resistant to change. -
