Manager/oversee the complete order fullfillment cycle in SAP and actual physical processes of hazardous chemicals from post order entry through pre-invoicing to include order promotion, carrier selection, load tendering, scheduling of product loading and the shipment and final delivery of material.Handle plant level SCM duties that include scheduling raw material arrivals and discharge via barge, railcar and truck. Handle all SAP transactions registering the goods receipt and generate periodic reporting of same.Perform as the plant production planner and schedule the production units as to what particular inhibitors will be included with the base chemical product when and how much will be manufactured.

Manage the total throughput of Tembec’s finished roll paper product through twelve separate contract distribution centers, three consignment locations and two contract converting facilities located across nine states in the continentalUnited States.* Average monthly inventory with an annual turn rate of 12.2 (at distribution centers) of twelve thousand tons valued at $11MM.* Handled all rate negotiation for handling, storage and cartage from all of the offsite facilities.* Was responsible for an annual budget of $10MM for freight and distribution center costs.* Managed both finished product shipping warehouses which included 32 hourly union employees, nine truck docks and 19 rail loading spots.
