My previous construction experience has benefited me in a move into the fast moving and challenging area of Data Centre construction. I am now in my second Data Centre project with Mercury Engineering having moved from Berlin, Germany to a project near Groningen in the Netherlands where I am currently based. MBA qualified with diploma in management studies. 25 years experience in construction with 15 years in oil and gas and power. 6 years in mega projects up to the value of US$2B. Keen awareness of contractual and project controls in the sub-contractor management field.Oil and Gas projects which delivered 60m LTI free man hours with a peak workforce of 10,000 delivering a peak weekly progress of 1.3% per week. The discipline breakdown is 50% civil, 30% mechanical and 20% E&I. Possessing strong communication skills and an ability to deal with all kinds of issues and nationalities my current position involves key upstream and downstream point of contact between both client Saudi Aramco and the main subcontractor. Particularly strong problem solving ability and a hands on approach to project monitoring and evaluation.
