I starting working at Nova Polymers in Evansville, Indiana as a part time employee back in 2010. My main duties at that time were cleaning the work areas around the warehouse, helping with small work projects, and operating a fork lift. As time went on, I was asked to join on first shift as a full time blend technician where I was responsible for loading and mixing raw plastic materials into a blender. Over time, my supervisors noticed my enthusiasm and work ethic for my job and decided to promote me to an extrusion line operator. While working as a line operator, I was also given the opportunity to be the backup supervisor whenever the primary supervisor was absent.After deciding to leave Nova Polymers, I was referred by my previous manager to the CEO of Integral Technologies, Inc., an up and coming plastics technology company that was looking for a production manager to come in and take over the responsibilities of producing finished goods for some top-tier companies.
