Organize in-house and external management of property. Currently seeking LEED-EBOM Gold Certification at Ten Peachtree Place. Energy Star and BOMA 360 Certified. Also enrolled in the Atlanta Better Buildings Challenge to reduce utility expenses by 20% by 2020. Maintain relationships with vendors and tenants to provide positive results for Owner. High-energy leader recognized for strong organizational skills and approachable management style.As Operations Administrator, assist with utility tracking of 1.2 million sq. ft. landmark building in downtown Atlanta; 191 Peachtree Tower. Assisted with achieving LEED Silver Certification in 2009. Also perform property level accounting duties and maintain relationship with vendors of property.
