This role provides technical discipline and governance support to major enterprise programs. The IT Project Technical Lead (IT-PTL ) is engaged throughout the project lifecycle by overseeing engineering design, implementation of technical architecture, cybersecurity, and performance per organization’s standards & governance processes. Provides technical leadership on selecting vendors and defining & deploying technical deliverables. The IT-PTL understands the SDLC processes, security & systems design best practices, general designs & architecture patterns, compliance awareness, and frameworks to ensure high-quality technical solutions on projects. In addition, the IT-PTL supports technical deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously. Currently building a three-tiered Azure Cloud Architecture and migrating 55 mission-critical storm applications to this super resilient automated platform.• Collaborates with various technical staff and/or clients to identify & assess requirements that effectively meet both functional and non-functional capabilities, including but not limited to: architecture, engineering, security, networking, telecommunications, performance, and technical deployment plans.• Technical understanding and awareness of the IT industry (e.g, emerging technologies, industry standards, support services, architectures, opensource initiatives, systems design and systems integration, and industry software development methodologies).
