Vice President, Client Management - Physician Rcm Services
CurrentManage and direct client engagement for a national client base while working closely with Conifer Health operational departments to ensure key performance goals are met and client satisfaction is attained. Serve as liaison to all clients in C-level revenue cycle performance updates. Recognize and foster additional business development opportunities with existing and prospective clients. Support organic growth through identification of client needs and by working closely with operations, business development and design teams to bring solutions to market. Cultivate and foster positive client relationships with physicians, clinicians and practice administrators. Work collaboratively with various departments within Conifer Health to address client concerns or fulfill client requests. Lead interdisciplinary teams (Claims Management, Contract Management, Payment Posting, Third Party Follow-Up, Business Intelligence, etc.) to deliver high-quality A/R improvement strategies, projects and outputs. Frequently monitor key billing and collection metrics (net collections, days in A/R, aged A/R, denial rates, etc.) to ensure revenue cycle service levels for all clients are being met or exceeded. Understand payer policy and industry trends in order to provide valuable revenue cycle consultation. Direct and mentor a large team of Client Delivery Executives to provide exceptional client service.
