As a professional within the field of Social service I have been nourished with a passion for inspiring families, diversity, and social justice and this opportunity is in line with my personal and professional goals. I humbly submit my credentials with a background that is filled with positive experiences toward building bridges between families and the community for support. I have a vast background of experience in building community and designing effective initiative that enhance the lives of people. My experience working in the field has primarily consisted of Adult/child and family support services. The tools and techniques that I have learned thus far have increased my knowledge and job performance as a case manager. My skills has shaped me to be a passionate change maker with the ability of speaking effectively, facilitating groups, managing programs, organizing meetings, meeting goals and developing rapport. Moving forward in my career I seek to obtain a stronger professional development support system and more experience with the field. I intend to bring a humble attitude, self-confidence, superior execution of assignments and a professional understanding to the position .My experience in this capacity has grown tremendously.
