Avionics Guidance and Instrumentation Craftsmen: Provide Maintenance and repair on integrated and electronic systems of aircraft equipment. Maintain instrumentation associated with; temperature, flow, pressure, torque and tachometer. Operate and maintain integrated avionics systems. Analyze equipment operating characteristics to isolate malfunctions in avionics systems. Isolate malfunctions utilizing troubleshooting techniques . Test, repair and calibration of precision measuring equipment. Review and interpret blueprint and schematic drawings. Review and analysis of hydraulics, pneumatic and optics system. Diagnose malfunctions using technical orders, schematics and wiring diagrams. Remove, install, inspect, and repair avionics system line replaceable units. Knowledge of digital and analog circuits. Knowledge of electronic theories. Have the ability to isolate, identify, repair, align and adjust multi-system complex malfunctions. Proficient in use of test equipment including but not limited to: TTU-205, IFR 4000, relay switching test set, TTU-27, PSD-90, PSD-60, GTF-6, H261-1, torque meter calculator, tilt-table, and MLS test set. Knowledge of Inertial Navigation System, C-12 Compass System, Flight Director FD-109, Autopilot AP-105, Pitot-Static systems, Free Air Temp, Self-Contained Navigation System, and Microwave Landing System.

Field-based customer and technical service engineer. Responsible for performing the on-site installation, servicing and repair (preventative and corrective) of complex Laser and light-based medical equipment in the surgical, aesthetic, and ophthalmic specialties. Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of installed equipment. Serve as a company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters. Manage service related sales within assigned territory. Sales include billable service, travel, labor, parts, and single-multi year service contracts. Work closely with equipment sales counterparts to facilitate sales activities. Install and prepare systems for sales demonstrations and medical shows/conferences. Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Required to stay current on required federal guidelines and compliances. Responsible for maintenance data collection and generation of service reports for system and customer records. Coordinate with multiple departments daily to ensure the best customer results. Required to manage, coordinate, and schedule work orders with customers in assigned territory. Manage a vehicle based parts inventory. Intricate knowledge of analog and digital circuity, electronic troubleshooting, optics, and laser theory.

Provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and servicing of multiple carwash facilities to include: industrial electric services, industrial plumbing, and building structural repair. Conduct maintenance and calibration of propane and natural gas heating units including: pressurized boiler, radiant tube and ceramic element systems. Perform electronic component maintenance, setup and calibration including: variable frequency drives, programmable logic controllers, IP networking, patch panel networking, point of sale units, digital I/O modules, relays, transformers, AC and DC power supplies, ultrasonic and sonar measuring systems, solenoid coils, motor starters, contactors, overloads, and IR photo eye sensors. Complete centrifugal pump and electric motor maintenance and installation including applicable subcomponents: electromechanical pressure switches, pneumatic and solenoid control valves, pressure relief valves, check, gate, and ball valves, singe and three phase motor configurations. Provide water reclamation and water treatment maintenance and servicing to include: ozone producing cells, water softeners, carbon tanks, sediment filters, reverse osmosis units, chemical titration, and water quality assessments.Responsible for upkeep of a $60,000 + mobile warehouse inventory, including audits, min/max adjustments, quality deficiency reporting, and stock levels. Accountable for purchasing card reconciliation, and expense tracking. Coordination of outside contractors for repairs or services on assigned locations. Oversee training and managerial tasking for new hire employees until familiar with applicable systems and practices. Held responsible for monthly inspections and preventative maintenance for assigned locations in accordance with a scheduled maintenance program.
