Joining this small team of awesome managers was the best thing I've ever done for myself professionally. Being able to contribute to the direction of the business, the beverage program, and the staff has so rewarding and has taught me so much about myself.

As the business grew I took over ordering, inventory, and spirits and beer curation. This was my first management role within a restaurant, and it helped me build relationships with the entire staff to help achieve team goals.

Hired to opening bar team, and tasked with team cocktail creation, and eventually liquor manager. This time of my life may have been exhausting, but the fun of being a part of such a trans-formative restaurant is an experience I will never forget.

I started at Bistro Bis as a breakfast server, and worked my way to weekend bartender and night server. And excellent place to work my way through fine dinning, learning wine, spirits, food, and especially hospitality.

Supervised freshman students, planned social activities, and kept the madness to a minimum. An amazing experience in crisis management, relationship building, and personal organization.
