• Responsible for managing integrated audits and technology related risks throughout U.S. Consumer, Commercial, and Mortgage Banking divisions.• Drive cultural change by embedding risk management practices across the organization through vulnerability assessments, data quality reviews, franchise critical testing, and issue management reporting.• Oversee the identification and mitigation of technology risks, continuity of business testing, and documentation of application controls.• Partner with IT business leaders across USCCM division to assess risks, review industry standards, and improve technical efficiencies.• Utilize network and application security assessment tools to increase awareness of emerging security risks, data privacy issues, and develop key risk indicators.

• Partner in the evaluation and build of operation executive and board level reporting for Citigroup’s North America Consumer Banking Region.• Assess the adequacy and strength of controls throughout CitiMortgage; ensuring full compliance with CFPB, OCC, DOJ, and GSE requirements.• Enhance Risk Reporting and Analytics framework by designing and maintaining a SharePoint platform that identifies risk impact, timeframe, state, and performance.• Oversee a rotational data validation audit and control assessment for 320 KRI’s annually.• Establish emerging and existing risk mitigation strategies and oversee the successful remediation of internal/external loss events.

•Manage the 24x7 West Coast Incident Management Center.•Responsible for daily oversight of incident detection, investigations, support, and closure for operational issues.•Deliver client centric support for the NBC's global network which includes broadcast television, universal parks and resorts, and over 800 business applications.•Innovative in developing business continuity plans for the 2012 Olympics, disaster recovery plans for Hurricane Sandy and ITIL processes for the Incident Management Center.

• Lead Incident Management team to assess issues and ensure efficient resolution for Citigroup’s Severity 1 and Severity 2 retail banking, cards, and consumer finance issues.• Develop ITIL key performance indicators (KPI’s) for Incident and Problem Management• Review root cause of incidents and propose recommendations to enhance security risk controls.• Monitor Citigroup’s websites, servers, networks and business critical applications for risk exposures and suspicious activity.• Audit problem tickets created by the Infrastructure department, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.• Perform multi-functional role on the design, development, and implementation of configuration management database (CMDB) projects.
