My name is Michael McNaughton and I am sophomore at the Farmer School of Business, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance with a minor in Entrepreneurship.Being actively involved has always been a major part of my life. Outside of my academic work at Miami, I hold several leadership roles. I serve as the Vice President and Merchandise Chair for Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. I also am currently serving as Vice President of the MUIFMHI (MIami University Interfraternal Mental Health Initiative), and I am also a member of Phi Gamma Nu Business Fraternity. These experiences have allowed me to broaden my horizons and collaborate with a diverse group of incredible people across campus.At home, I’ve spent the last eight summers working as a caddie, where I’ve had the opportunity to work with over 300 members from various backgrounds. This experience has taught me invaluable skills like hard work, dedication, and networking. Over the years, I’ve progressed from a B Caddy to an Honor Caddy, a journey that reinforced the importance of perseverance. The long days on the course not only instilled a strong work ethic but also sharpened my ability to connect with others.I aspire to build a career in Finance and Banking. I hope to apply the skills I've gained through an internship during the summer of 2025.
