Between January to April 2007, I worked on secondment in the Scottish Government Press Office, working on the desk for the then Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sport. In 2007-08 I worked on a major communications and lobbying campaign for Transport Scotland which led to the creation of the Queensferry Crossing bridge over the River Forth.I was also part of the team handling PR for the Alfred Dunhill Links Golf Championship 2002 to 2008, liaising with UK and international media, as well as interviewing high profile sportspeople and other international celebrities such as Samuel L Jackson, Dennis Hopper, Bill Murray, Hugh Grant and Kevin Costner.
