The engineers ask me to complete tasks such as the following: addressing quality issues covering entire facility, making and receiving phone calls, entering/retrieving data, communicated issues from floor to upper management and vice versa, create/edit documents in MS Excel and MS Office, daily emailing.Team Supervisor: Managed a team of operators, ensured production numbers were achieved, submitted improvement proposals, completed shift reports, entered shift report data into excel files, charted shift report data, trained all new team members.
