Mike McRoberts is recently retired from acting as Chairman of the Agency Lending Platform at PGIM Real Estate. In that role, Mike oversaw a national team of 150 professionals and focused on the expansion of the company's leadership position in Multifamily lending. In addition, he was responsible for running a “fund of funds” where he directed investments into Multifamily focused private equity funds. Prior to that, Mike spent 20 years at Freddie Mac in the Multifamily Division with his last position as a senior leader responsible for all Multifamily loan production.Mike is a past multi-year chairman of the Fannie Mae DUS® Advisory Council, served on the Multifamily Committee of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), acted as the Chairman of Finance Committee of the National Multifamily Housing Council, and continues to participate as a member of the Silver Flight of the Multifamily Council of the Urban Land Institute.Mike is available to assist Multifamily industry participants in achieving their goals drawing on his skills and relationships developed over a 40 year career in the commercial/multifamily real estate space.
