Project manager for the interior build out and relocation of 4,000 employees to a new 1,100,000 square foot 37 story building in Times Square. This was the largest real estate project in EY’s history and was completed on time and within a $200 MM budget

Led 40+ talent/human resource specialists who designed and implemented talent-related strategies for 5,000 employees in eight locations including; compensation and variable pay programs, executive coaching and succession planning, resource planning and deployment, performance management processes, campus and experienced recruitment and on-boarding, learning curriculum development and alumni relations. Re-engineered back-office support functions into a Center of Excellence to increase speed of execution, enhance quality and reduce costs by 15%.

Led a rapid response team of 15 executives who provided strategic sales advice and account management support for major new business development pursuits across all services. The team experienced a 40%+ annual success rate resulting in excess of $35 million of recurring revenue per year. Developed and implemented sales training and account planning/management curriculum. Co-designed and implemented a customer relationship management system to track sales pipeline and win/loss rate of pursuits. Co-developed a competitive intelligence system for the Executive Board on competitor trends and activities.

Audit Executive primarily focused on family-owned and entrepreneurial entities including several IPO’s. Also, served as Audit Executive for several UK-based multinationals that made substantial acquisitions in the US.
