Lead of L0 Segment Modeling and Analysis team for a franchise Government program under National Programs. Responsible for the successful planning, scheduling, and execution of program contractual deliverables with a team of 12+ systems engineers, software developers, and modeling analysts. Leads efforts in defining, documenting, flowing, and verifying system-level performance and mission requirements while also coordinating with the Chief Architect and Program Management to perform design trades, to generate and brief technical presentations, and to align the program path. Focus also includes the application and integration of novel simulation and visualization technologies as opportunities for cost and process improvement throughout the program lifecycle.

The Rotation Program is a high-achieving program aimed at growing systems engineers by rotating members throughout different departments at Boeing.Rotations:Modeling and Simulation Analyst (July 2014 - August 2015) - Analyze spacecraft constellation performance with internal tools and the Systems Tool Kit. Work scope also included program consultation, detailed technical presentations for program customers, and support for new business and proposal activities. In addition to the modeling and simulation of key performance parameters, I wrote software tools to replace repetitive analytically processes for faster product delivery. Mission Systems Engineer (6 months) - Responsible for planning and executing tasks during exercises and offsite activities. I also developed tools and improvements for streamlining planning processes and daily assignments, while assisting the planning lead in closing out actions and lessons learned.Guidance, Navigation, and Control Systems Engineer (12 months) - Position entails software development for a large software suite intended for predicting, reconstructing, and planning various maneuvers for spacecraft. Responsibilities largely include programming in Java, and working with libraries written in C and Fortran while performing documentation.Propulsion Subsystem Engineer (13 months) - Within the propulsion group, work includes reviewing and publishing specifications, programming VBA tools, reviewing supplier packages, new business bids, project management, and various subsystem engineering tasks.Harness Vehicle Engineer (6 months) - Responsibilities include installing, verifying, and validating harnesses as they are installed on spacecraft. Performed on team with other engineers and technicians, while working closely with NASA and DMCA on the TDRS program.
