My love for photography and videography go back to my Jr. High school years. Over the years this passion has grown and stock media is the perfect outlet to combine my passion with an outlet to share my creativity.I love being a stock media artist capturing life as it happens all around me. Some think a camera can cause you to not live in the moment, I disagree and believe my camera has taken me places and let me capture things I would of otherwise never seen or experienced.

IT/Media Manager Manage the IT and media needs for entire medical clinic. HIPAA Security officer responsible for maintaining government regulations related to IT. MACRA/MIPS manager. Key Achievements: Project manager for converting clinic from paper medical charts to an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) solution. Documented old (paper) work flow and led team to develop user documentation for EMR work flows.  Provided all IT support for daily operations to ~ 50 end users. Project leader for achieving Government/Medicare required Phase 1 and 2 Meaningful Use Attestation for all physicians in clinic as well as PQRS for all 15 providers. HIPAA Security officer for clinic. Completed Site Risk Analysis to meet governmental requirements.  Conducted major website makeover incorporating unique video techniques for physician profile pages. Produced and incorporated patient testimonial videos (Stories of Hope) into website.  Provided print media needs of clinic (i.e. brochures, flyers, banners, etc.).

IT/Media Manager Primary responsibilities included managing the IT, media and marketing needs of this christian camp ministry. Camp comprised of 750 acres with the capacity to house and feed up to 350 people per week. Approximately 200 campers between the ages 8 and 18 attended the summer camp each week. There were typically 150 non permanent staff that would volunteer each week. Key Achievements:  Responsible for all camp ministry IT, media, and audio/visual needs. Produced a weekly summary DVD for campers/parents/grandparents as a keepsake of child's week at summer camp. Managed camp website. Upgraded camp to electronic registration system from paper system. Responsible for assigning weekly responsibilities to the ~180 summer staff.  Responsible for registration (~200 kids each week).

Baby Care PS IT (Cincinnati, OH/CapeGirardeau, MO) - Systems Manager (1999-2004)Paper Sector (Cincinnati, OH) – Sr. Systems Analyst (1994-1999)Systems Department (Cape Girardeau, MO) - Team Manager (1989-1994)I had multiple roles/assignments at both the Cape Girardeau manufacturing plant and Winton Hill Technical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. I worked effectively with the very diverse cultures and language differences that come with being in an international company. Key Achievements:  Highly proficient at converting complex issues into terms customers can understand (Scope diagrams, work flows, system diagrams, etc). Project manager for global maintenance database system. Developed a service level agreement for the technical support of the system. Managed the development team of programmers. Established a change management process that helped stabilize the system development process.  US IT Project Manager for raw materials control system. Primary responsibilities were infrastructure and interfaces. Developed raw material systems scope diagrams/documentation.  Cape Girardeau Site IT Year 2000 transition manager.  Provided end to end systems support for several multi site applications.  Systems department team manager. Successfully guided multiple direct reports to achieve promotion to highest IT pay grade available.  Single point of contact for Cape site during a global production line initiative. Managed PC/LAN/Application infrastructure to support the first 3 productions lines for the global initiative. Developed a Microsoft Project Plan template that was shared with other production plants for use during their implementation. Able to build solid working relationship with central engineering team. In the past there was only a strained relationship at best between the central IT and central engineering groups. During the raw material project I successfully bridged that gap and a very good/healthy relationship was achieved.
