I have experience in both 1LOD and 2LOD. I am highly adept at identifying process weaknesses, delivering bespoke improvement recommendations and working with senior stakeholders to assist in implementing enhancements. I am skilled at identifying associate competency weaknesses and supporting individuals with clear guidance and corrective action support. My role includes management responsibilities which include team management, leading cross-bank calibration and consistency sessions across multi-disciplinary areas, creating bespoke MI and departmental testing reports, and acting as the departmental SME for process, ID&V, Security, GDPR and consistency issues. I am experienced in working within Conduct Risk, Consumer Duty and Vulnerable Customer frameworks. As the Senior departmental QA analyst I was responsible for designing and delivering bespoke MI and reports to management, leading on QA review tasks. I was also responsible for leading and supporting education groups where I would train new starter staff in various lines of business before supporting their sign off to competency state. I would also deliver ongoing coaching and support to existing staff who I identified as not meeting competency standards through my own testing. I implemented my own departmental consistency sessions to assist struggling lines of business which directly resulted in all affected areas being supported up to the point where they reached (and exceeded) competency levels.
