•Responsible for managing enterprise customer projects, implementing the new solutions (Internet Connectivity, VPN Connectivity, Voice Over IP , VPN Over ADSL ,VPN Over 3G, Wireless Connectivity), including follow up purchasing customer / network equipment, contracting with Telecom Egypt for last mile connection, network configuration related to customer solution and implement and manage customer solution on site.•Responsible of installing the physical connection between the CO & the customer site.•Responsible of Installation and configuration of enterprise customers CPE (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Modems, Voip devices, Access Points). •Responsible of provisioning customer solutions from Access & Core side.•Configuring and Troubleshooting ISR Cisco Routers (800, 1800, 2800, 3800, 1900, 2900, 3900) and Cisco Multilayer Switches (3560, 3750, 4500).•Configuring Basic and Advanced Switching (RPVSTP, MSTP, Etherchannel, STP (Loopguard, Rootguard, BPDU Guard, BPDU Filters) Private VLANs, VTPv2 and VTPv3, VTP Pruning, HSRP, VRRP, GLBP).•Configuring Basic and advanced routing (BGP,EIGRP, OSPF,IS-IS, Summarization, Load-Balancing with static and Dynamic Routing Protocols, Automatic Failover using static routes,Tracking,PBR, Route Filtering and Redistribution.•Implementing Quality of Service.•Configuring and troubleshooting WAN technologies (Frame-Relay, ATM) and DSL technologies (Bridging, PPPoE and PPPoA).•Configuring and troubleshooting Juniper M-series routers, E-series routers, J-series routers.•Dealing with the networking connectivity “Leased Line, DSL, ISDN, 3G”.
