With 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I am a passionate and driven chemist and leader who specializes in outsourcing and oligonucleotide production. I have a strong background in laboratory management, process improvement, and LIMS development. I am currently working at Roche Innovation Center Copenhagen, where I seek and implement opportunities for outsourcing of activities in collaboration with global procurement and compliance teams.In my previous role as a leader of oligo production at Roche, I led a team that made oligonucleotides and formulations for research projects. I developed processes and LIMS solutions and was responsible for the management of the laboratories. I have also worked as a group leader and associate director at Santaris Pharma, where I implemented a non-GMP oligo production for in-house research, designed laboratory space, and programmed Access database.
