As of May 2021 I have graduated and received a Bachelor's in Computer Science with a focus on Software Engineering and a minor in Mathematics. Throughout this experience I took on multiple projects, including developing a Java program to compare the computational efficiency of different methods of matrix multiplication. In addition to this I worked with some members of the honors department to develop a framework for a new honors website.While attaining degree I gained five years of experience with communication and customer service working at both Hannaford and Big Y. During this time I was frequently working with computers as well, and I have continued to develop both of these skills in my current role as an IT Support Technician with EG America. There I can focus on troubleshooting a variety off hardware and software errors while also gaining further technical writing experience when these solutions require documentation. Further into this I contacted our App Development department and have been shadowing with them for six months, gaining important firsthand experience working with full stack developers.I am always looking for opportunities to further my own growth and learning as a software developer!
