Hey! My name is Michael. Last 2019, I graduated at Lyceum of the Philippines University Laguna and a degree holder of College of International Tourism and Hospitality Management Specializes in Cruise Line Operations on Hotel Services Management for the year 2019. After graduating, I decided to step forward and tried to look outside the box. That's the time I started working in a startup VA Agency here in the Philippines last 2019. I used to handle different accounts since it's a Freelancing Agency that offers a lot of opportunities and I was able to hone my skills to different fields of works when it comes to being a Customer Support, Appointment Setter and Generalist Virtual Assistant and many more niche.I know it seems far or not related with the course that I've taken wayback college but the greatest thing about the decision I made was that I'm able to widen my knowledge and open my mind for many opportunities. Moving forward the pandemic starts due to Coronavirus or COVID-19; one reason why the VA agency I used to work for here in the Philippines was forced to closed. I needed to keep myself alive and I can't deal with myself doing nothing. So, I decided to start a small business and that's when I kept myself earning and paying my bills during the peak of the pandemic. In my business I used to supply alcohol, facemask and faceshield to our local community, I decided to sell second hand cars and became a sales agent on my own will to earn commissions whenever I was able to sell a vehicle. and then due to shortage of supply I decided to stop and that's the time I also left doing these businesses. July 2020 came that's the time I stared to work in a Business Process Outsourcing or what we call BPO. I became part of one of the Insurance Company for the United States of America which is CIGNA. I am a current dual skilled associate that handles both customers and medical providers concerns. We solve problems of our customers and provide accurate solutions. When it comes to our medical providers we assisted them in their medical billing inquiries and provided them our undivided best to solve each problems for medical bills. Right now, I am still in my current situation in which I'm happily assisting our customers and medical providers in their needs.
