Currently attending WCTC for a Hospitality Degree. As a former kitchen manager and degree seeking student who is classically trained; I am cross trained and know the hospitality industry extremely well and am always striving to do the best for our guests. Hospitality is my passion, meeting people’s every need while putting a smile on their face is my top priority. I maintain OSHA standards, and am well versed in: controlling variance, interpreting P&L statements, training employees, communication, conflict resolution and delegation as well as keeping a positive and infectious can-do attitude.
