Developed and lead this new Function created to maintain and grow ICF’s strong leadership position throughout the Commercial Energy Sector. In this cross-cutting leadership role, coordinates across ICF’s three other Commercial Energy Division Functions to offer comprehensive end–to-end solutions (Advisory, Engagement, and Delivery). Responsible for new Offering Development, Sales, and Strategic Partnerships and alliances that continue to position ICF’s client support across Demand Side Management (DSM), Distributed Energy Resources (DER), Customer Engagement, Renewables and other Emerging Markets.

Leader of ICF’s Energy Efficiency Division. ICF is North America’s premier designer and implementer of energy efficiency programs. Led the ten-fold expansion of ICF’s DSM business from 2006 – 2015. P&L responsibilities for approximately $175M annual revenue, managing seven regional operations and approximately 500 professionals. Senior executive supporting ICF’s expansion of DSM consulting and implementation in UK and Europe.ICF’s Energy Efficiency Division has extensive experience delivering programs for utilities, federal, state and local government agencies, and multinational organizations. Out talented team provides comprehensive services including: Strategic Program Design, Benchmarking, Implementation, Account Management, Expert Testimony, Stakeholder Engagement, Marketing and Outreach, Research and Analysis, and Program Evaluation.

Served as Secretary and Executive Committee member of the Board over 3 – three year terms in this membership elected Board role. Served as Chair of the Nominating Committee, member of the Finance Committee, and originated the Local Chapter Committee.Founded in 1989 as a not-for-profit association, AESP is a member-based association dedicated to improving the delivery and implementation of energy efficiency, energy management and distributed renewable resources. Managed several congressionally mandated energy efficiency programs for multiple Region One states (WAP, SECP, EES, ICP). Regional liaison for emerging DOE initiatives including Clean Cities, FEMP and NICE3. Program Manager for the original DOE award that started the Consortium for Energy Efficiency (CEE).

Provided technical support to the HEAT (Home Energy Assistance Team) 0% Interest Residential Energy Efficiency Program. Reviewed and approved eligible installation measures, coordinated with lending institutions, managed installation contractor conflict resolution activities, and conducted on-site technical reviews, management and verification. Completed RCS (Residential Conservation Service) Auditor Certification.

Installed energy efficiency and water saving technologies as part of this early generation Residential Direct Install and customer education program.
