1. Balance the needs of demand and supply to ensure high and consistent customer service, set against a background of changing demand forecasts and requirements for changed processes, systems and a new more effective organization. The process covers all activities from short-term scheduling to long term planning. 2. Work with and support the Meta Abo Brewery Supply, Sales and marketing Teams by providing robust, informed, statistically-based forecasts of forward demand.3. Champion the S & OP process so as to galvanize cross-functional teams around Joined Business Planning4.
