The Symmetry Medical Customer Service Rep position is set up so that the customer only has 2 people they need to contact for all their needs...the Sales Manager, and myself. My daily duties include quoting, contract review, providing follow up and problem solving services for the customer. In addition customer service has several project management type characteristics as we help in the management of several customer projects each year. In all I have over 7 years of experience working directly with customers in jobs starting in retail, banking and now in orthopedics. The orthopedic industry is an incredible industry that just keeps growing year after year. My goal is to remain in this industry but to move up into either marketing, sales or finance.Specialties: financial management, budgeting, project and team management.
