I'm now and currently retired from the Buffalo VA Western N.Y. Healthcare System. I used to work for V.C.S . ( veterans canteen services )I do believe that the hiring process needs work. I know it's tough to pick the ( right ) people but more care should go into that aspect of hiring. Remember it's always who you are as what you are keeping in mind ( military standards) . I also believe that the old-fashioned way has it's good points and should not be totally disregarded."
