My main responsibilities as an Irish FA Board Member are to help the Association to grow as a non-profit Organisation. Good governance is vital to every national association. As a Board Member, I help promote UEFA’s principles of good governance, ensure compliance with the Northern Ireland legal framework for companies and exercise a constructive function to ensure that staff are achieving their objectives in accordance with the Irish FA’s five-year strategy. The five-year strategy has seven pillars: Performance; Participation; Facilities; Revenue; Engagement; Women’s and Girls’ Football; and Corporate Social Responsibility / Sustainability.
