I started as a Manufacturing Technician, my duties were mechanical diagnosis and repair high speed bottling lines to maintain productivity, replace worn parts and make adjustments to improve efficiency and prevent premature failure, planned maintenance, continuous improvement, random quality checks, communicate observations to management and maintenance in attempt to be prepared for or prevent equipment failures. In 2020 I was moved to the mixing department to be a Chemical Process Technician where my duties were to blend bulk, semi bulk, and drum chemicals in precise quantities in set order using an automated distribution and delivery system. Chemical was pulled from bulk storage tanks, totes or drums, and dry chemical bags. Products were blended using set programming recipes and sent to bottling.

Setup and operation of multiple injection blow molding machines for bottle manufacturer. Duties included tooling changes, setups, Troubleshooting and diagnosis of process controllers, water systems, hydraulic pressures and heater zones to make accurate adjustments needed to produce quality products. Assist other machine operators with adjustments, diagnosis of equipment failure, and component contamination.

For the first 1.5 years I was a shipping clerk. duties were packing, palletizing and shipping completed equipment using both LTL and dedicated shippers. Scheduling shipments of material and outbound loads, data entry, order pulling, custom crating, and palletizing.Then moved to fabrication dept. forming steel parts to precise dimensions using CNC programmed equipment,, print reading to confirm quality tolerances, visual quality checks, and micrometer - angle gauge verifications. Used CNC press breaks, steel shear, turret punch, and XYZ axis laser cutter to produce blanks to form.

Supply high speed bottling lines with required production components, remove recyclables and wastes, preform line clearance at changeover and restock according BOM. scan components for line use and entry of excess component quantities for inventory adjustment. Remove finished goods from palletizer trunk line, label, and stage for loading according to load sheet specifications. Using load sheets identify required products for loading and using DSI system scan and load finished product to load sheet weight distribution layout specifications

Started as molding department Assistant Operator in 92, Operator in 94, Team Lead 97. I was responsible for 12 injection / extrusion molding machines ranging from 250 to 1450 tons, 10/12 operators and 4/5 Assistant Operators. Duties included Production scheduling, tooling changeover/setup, planned maintenance, continuous improvement, troubleshoot PLC functionality and set points, tooling, hydraulic, water chillers and thermalaters for proper functionality and flow, heat systems (rods), raw material, and colorants to correct quality issues, perform quality audits of logs and finished goods, material handling, daily team meetings and tie-ins, teambuilding events, overtime scheduling, on call weekends, shift production reports, incident reports.
