I started as a Manufacturing Technician, my duties were mechanical diagnosis and repair high speed bottling lines to maintain productivity, replace worn parts and make adjustments to improve efficiency and prevent premature failure, planned maintenance, continuous improvement, random quality checks, communicate observations to management and maintenance in.

Setup and operation of multiple injection blow molding machines for bottle manufacturer. Duties included tooling changes, setups, Troubleshooting and diagnosis of process controllers, water systems, hydraulic pressures and heater zones to make accurate adjustments needed to produce quality products. Assist other machine operators with adjustments.
