- Responsible in measuring financial impact of manufacturing performance and support production team in creating impactful decision making.- Develop excel template (macro) to automate and reduce manufacturing key performance indicator data consolidation time for 17.5 hours per year.

- Responsible in creating 1-year export cigarette production planning that needs to support both market demand and factory operational efficiency.- Support forestalling (windfall) project for 2 markets, Singapore and Hong Kong - Support pre-assessment of production planning configuration for DF first phase volume resourcing

- Responsible in measuring secondary processing (packaging) performance for both quality and efficiency, as well as conduct analysis and follow up to maintain factory performance.- Assess/Validate impact of productivity/harmonization project from product development/engineering team to manufacturing performance
