Current- Helped build and cultivate a successful FTL-specialized 3PL service provider from the ground up.- Utilized top-tier industry knowledge and fundamental values to develop a solid book of business that already includes more than 50 individual customers in the first year of operation.- Responsible for directly securing, monitoring, and managing domestic and Canadian inbound/outbound operations for customers, delivering their products from "A" to "B" (and when required, to "C", "D", and "E). - Develop sustainable, mutually beneficial relationships with directors of transportation, transportation managers, and sales representatives to identify areas of success and areas of need for customers, as well as their own customers.- Prioritize and manage tendered loads and accurate tracking of drivers and temperatures (for temp controlled orders) to ensure OTP, OTD, correct BOL's, and correct product temperatures for every order hauled.- Build and continue to maintain strong carrier relations using fundamental values and a stringent, thorough vetting process to ensure strong performance from any carrier or owner operator contracted, dedicated or not.
